Why can’t I log into TAFE Queensland Library Network databases?
To log into our TAFE Queensland Library Network databases:
Select your Database from the A-Z database list by clicking on the title.
Depending on what database you chose, you may also be asked to sign in using your TAFE Queensland student number and your Connect password.
For staff access, use your TAFE Queensland email address and network password followed by Two-factor authentication code.
If you have trouble signing in, try the following:
Make sure to use Google Chrome as your internet browser.
Ensure you are leaving no spaces or special characters when typing your Connect password.
Clear the cache on Google Chrome. To do this open Google Chrome and press Ctrl + Shift + Delete on your keyboard. Ensure all boxes have been ticked and click Clear Data.
Try using Incognito Mode on Google Chrome. To do this open Google Chrome and press Ctrl + Shift + N.
Select Forgot your password? from the login page.
Restart your device.
