Login Issues with ClinicalKey
If you are having problems logging into ClinicalKey, try some of the tips below:
Make sure to sign in using the following details:
Email = studentnumber@tqstudent.edu.au
Password = your Connect/network password
Note: If you are logged into Connect on your device, you will not be prompted to sign in again to access ClinicalKey. If the red TAFE Queensland logo is visible at the top of the screen, you are logged in.
Always use Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge to sign in. Other internet browsers may not support ClinicalKey.
Always use the link provided by TAFE Queensland Library Network. DO NOT search for ClincalKey using Google as these links will not work.
Check that you have the right version of ClinicalKey. The URL should say: https://www-clinicalkey-com-au.tafeqld.idm.oclc.org/nursing/#!/
If the URL is correct but doesn’t work, try clearing the cache on your browser and try logging in again.
