Login Issues with ClinicalKey

If you are having problems logging into ClinicalKey, try some of the tips below:  

  • Make sure to sign in using your TAFE Queensland library login details:

  • Always use Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge to sign in. Other internet browsers may not support ClinicalKey. 

  • DO NOT search for ClincalKey using Google as these links will not work. Always use the link provided by TAFE Queensland library. 

To clear the cache in Google Chrome

  1. Click on the three small dots in the top right corner of Chrome. 
  2. Select Settings > Privacy and security. 
  3. Choose Clear browsing data. 
  4. Ensure you tick all the boxes listed and click Clear data.
     

To clear the cache in Microsoft Edge

  1. Click on the three small dots in the top right corner of Edge. 
  2. Select Settings > Privacy, search and services. 
  3. Find the heading Clear browsing data and click Choose what to clear. 
  4. In the time range box, select Last 24 hours from the list. 
  5. Ensure you tick all the boxes listed and click Clear now.
