Can I get a refund from my printing account?
The PaperCut printing system does not have a refund function.
The refund policy can be found on the 'add credit' page of your PaperCut account.
TAFE Queensland Library Network recommends adding a small amount such as $1 or $5 to start with, then add extra as needed.
Any money added will be available for the length of your enrolment. Once your enrolment has been completed any remaining balance will be forfeited.
