How can I renew my loan?

1) Go to the library home page: https://library.tafeqld.edu.au/

2) Scroll down to the very bottom of the page. There should be a grey area with lots of links in white.

3) Click on 'Login to my Library account' (circled above in red). Use the following details if prompted to sign in:

Email = studentnumber@tqstudent.edu.au
Password = your Connect/network password

4) This is your account page. Click on the 'current loans' option in the list or click on the red current loans folder to the right.

5) Then tick the box next to your loan and click the red box, 'Renew Selections'. If you would like to renew all the books you have, click 'Renew All'.

6) The status should change to 'Renewed' letting you know your loan has been renewed.

7) Please note, borrowers will be entitled to 2 renewals on loans before an item must be returned for sighting by Library staff. Renewals cannot be made for items that are overdue, that have holds or recall notices against them, or if the item(s) have already been renewed twice. Borrowers will not be able to renew items if their library enrolment has expired.
